We are a team of friends, idealists and optimists who won’t give up our oceans and it’s residents. The beauty we still find under water today has to be protected by all available means. Time is running out, to conquer this mission successfully. That means that time is running out for mankind as well. Because every second breath we take comes from the oceans. Without the oceans we won’t drown but we will definitely smother.

Christian Redl

Founder, Initiator

Christian is multiple world record holder in freediving and the initiator of 7 Oceans – for the love of the oceans. With every breath we take, we are running out of time, but Christian will fight for the oceans and their beauty.

Marc Hillesheim

Photographer, Filmmaker

Marc is a professional photographer and filmmaker since many years, also for underwater. He works as a freelance photographer for international agencies, brands and magazines.

Martin Aigner

Photographer, Filmmaker

Martin is a commercial photographer since more than 20 years, over and under water. He has also his own project called Reefvillage (http://reefvillage.org/).

Matthias Stelzmüller

Writer, Publisher, PR

Matthias is a former pro-athlete, publisher of a sport magazine, travel-journalist and entrepreneur. He travelled all over the planet and saw the challenges we have to deal with in the future first hand. It’s time to act!

Olivia Redl-Ferner

Marketing & PR

Olivia has been involved in marketing and public relations for 20 years. Always at the side of Christian she is a great support also for the team.
